Airport Development Group (ADG) is proud to announce that our workplace giving program raised an impressive $12,000 in 2024 to support Dolly’s Dream. This initiative honours the memory, of Dolly Everett, a young girl from Katherine in the Northern Territory; dedicated to creating a kinder, safer world by addressing bullying and providing resources to young people, families, and schools—particularly in rural and remote communities like those in the Northern Territory.

Kate Everett, Dolly’s Mother:

"We are immensely grateful to Airport Development Group and their employees for supporting Dolly’s Dream. Your contributions enable us to deliver critical programs and services, including our anti-bullying and digital safety workshops in schools that promote empathy and kindness. These funds will also support our free 24/7 support line for families in need and help us deliver tools like our free Beacon cyber safety app to ensure safer online experiences."

Sandra De Kock, Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Community, ADG:

"Dolly’s Dream is a cause close to our hearts. Supporting young people and promoting kindness is essential for building stronger, more connected communities. We’re incredibly proud of our team for their generosity and their commitment to making a difference through this important initiative."

At ADG, fostering community and inspiring positive change are central to our values. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our team for their contributions and to Dolly’s Dream for their unwavering dedication to making the world a better place for young people.
