Our recruitment process includes, a preliminary review, one or more formal interviews, reference checks, psychometric assessments, police check and a medical. All offers of employment are subject to the ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).

ADG Indigenous Training Academy
Based at the Airport Resort Complex, the ADG Indigenous Training Academy deliver nationally recognised qualifications in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
The ADG Training Academy will offer:
- Traineeship and apprenticeship qualifications
- VET (Vocational Education and Training) in school programs
- A mentor program to support students
