Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry

1. From time to time, Airport Development Group Pty Limited ACN 081 422 915 (ADG) may run competitions (Competition) on ADG’s social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn (Platform). By entering such a Competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. All entries to the Competition (Entry) become property of ADG. The period between which you can submit an Entry (Entry Period) will be stated on ADG’s Platform when promoting the specific Competition, along with the Entry method, prize, terms for selecting the winner and any additional terms that may apply in conjunction with these terms and conditions.
3. By entering the Competition, you are giving ADG permission to use your Entry, first name and initial of surname for any promotional, advertisement or publishing purposes and you agree to participate in any news or media activity in respect of the Competition.
4. An Entry must not contain rude or offensive material and must not be modified after being submitted.

Eligibility

1. Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. ADG employees and their close relatives are not eligible to enter Competitions.
2. To ensure ADG can view your Entry, your Platform profile must be set to public during the Entry Period and until the winner is announced.
3. An Entry that does not, in the sole opinion of ADG, comply with all these terms and conditions may be disqualified.

Prizes

1. The winner will be contacted via direct message via the Platform or by email. If the winner does not respond within 2 business days , ADG reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
2. Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. If any prize is unavailable for any reason, ADG, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize to the equal value.
3. If for any reason the winner does not take or use the prize (or part of the prize) at the time stipulated in the Competition post, the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
4. ADG may request that the winner provide proof of identity, age and residency as a condition of receipt of the prize.
5. ADG may engage a contractor to help perform some or all of its obligations under these terms and conditions. Any decision of a duly authorised contractor will be deemed to be the decision of ADG, unless determined otherwise by ADG itself.



General

1. Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Platforms. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless the relevant Platform from any and all liability associated with the Competition. You acknowledge that access and use of all ADG’s accounts on the Platforms is governed by the official terms and conditions over the relevant Platform.
2. Entrants are responsible for their own safety and complying with all laws in participating in this Competition. To the extent permitted by law, ADG and their related bodies corporate, and their respective contractors, employees, directors and officers, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or personal injury) suffered or sustained in connection with a Competition. However, ADG does not exclude its liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
3. ADG will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred if, for any reason, the Competition is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior notice or publicity.
4. You agree to indemnify ADG, their related bodies corporate and any relevant contractors for any third-party intellectual property infringement claim made in relation to content submitted by you in the Competition.
5. Nothing in these terms and conditions, or in the Competition itself, is intended to constitute or give rise to an employment or fiduciary relationship between you and ADG.
6. Any personal information collected in the administration of a Competition will be handled in accordance with ADG’s privacy policy which is available on our website.

By entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any disputes must be resolved directly with ADG. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Territory of Australia courts.
